Are you passionate about fostering a culture of philanthropy and driving impactful partnerships? We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as the Associate Director of Partnership Development at Kingdom Prep Lutheran High School.

As the Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with our director of partnership development, principal, volunteers, and staff to lead our Partnership Development program. Your primary focus will be to cultivate a vibrant philanthropic community within our school and among KP stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-develop and execute KP’s annual giving program, engaging in direct solicitation of individual, corporate, and foundation gifts.
• Lead cultivation and stewardship activities to nurture meaningful relationships with donors and supporters.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Partnership Development on major capital gift initiatives.
• Drive initiatives to enhance KP’s culture of philanthropy and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in fundraising, donor relations, or related fields.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
