Enrollment Application

This form is for students interested in joining the Brotherhood at Kingdom Prep Lutheran High School. Potential students must complete all of the information in the fields below.

Fill out the fields with the Parent or Guardian information of the student who is applying to Kingdom Prep.

Tell us how can you bless the Brotherhood at Kingdom Prep Lutheran High School. Be sure to name 2 of your strengths that you will use to build up the Brotherhood and 1 area of improvement that the Brotherhood could support. Your essay response can be in either written or video form. If you choose the written essay response, it must be at least 200 words. If you choose the video essay response, it must be at least 2 minutes in length.

Please add a reference. An adult you are not related to - teacher, pastor, employer, neighbor - who can confirm your strengths, speak of your character and give a recommendation to the admissions committee.

We highly encourage you to visit us as you deliberate your high school education. Shadow Visits are scheduled in advance for a half or full school day. All 'Yes' responses will receive a follow up call or email to schedule a visit.
