Enroll

This enrollment form is for young men interested in joining the Brotherhood at Kingdom Prep Lutheran High School. The enrollment form must be completed by students looking to start as freshman as well as those who are interested in transferring in. All applications will be reviewed by the KPLHS Admissions Team before sending out an acceptance letter.

Choice Enrollment

Students must be enrolled in the Choice program through DPI before starting classes at Kingdom Prep Lutheran High School.
